What can I say get coffee and leave. Ordered from the app....as much easier than to go into the row and wait. Sometimes waiting in the line on the drive thru is a bit much. Do people not know that they can order before time and just drive and pick them up? So much faster and they usually have it ready, just give the window and you leave. It just so happened to be torrential raining that day. There is no over hang by the order box so I was getting drenched even when I kept rolling up my window. It was really frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding,perhaps the employee was exceptionally hard of hearing but they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing.
