Without a doubt the best Starbucks I’ve been in. The music choices (Lots of Frank Sinatra) made me take my headphones off because the music coming from y’all was better!! Beautifully decorated, great seating. A station for people to draw their favorite animals, and a well crafted beverage. Amazing job and keep up the good work!!!! View all feedback.
What Dee Williams doesn't like about Starbucks:
If I could give this place no stars I would.SECOND TIME: I Have received watereddowm coffee from this place. The first time it happened I let it go. This time I realized this is intentional. I litterly had to throw 30 dollars of coffee, and a drink away. I would of turned around but I was on my way out of town. Stopped by Williston it was perfect. I'm also reporting this branch to corporate.Don't waste your money jus... View all feedback.

Staff were attentive and quick to serve. Always smiling even on busy days. Always a pleasure!
I 've been to this Starbucks countless times. The atmosphere is very lively and upbeat, the employees smile and interact with the customers in a positive way, and overall customers leave happier to start or continue on their days. However, upon entering the Starbucks this time. The atmosphere was different, it was very dead and everyone working there looked scared. It took me a while to see the troll in the corner. It had transformed from a coffee shop in America to a dungeon in Transylvania. When I arrived to place my order it almost appeared as if the employees were signaling me with their facial expressions to call for help but I didn 't realize it until I left.It all started when I placed an order, I realized rather quickly that the employees were working and constantly looking over their shoulders, afraid of what might come. When I asked for the extra tea bags I didn 't comprehend the non-verbal communication from the cashier, Trust me, just leave it and come back any other day, she said mentally. I was too late; a foul odor filled the air, every cup with liquid began to vibrate, and there was a great feeling of distress in the air. The tension was only cut by a voice that sounded like nails on a chalkboard, what does he want? The troll stated, and I repeated myself only to see the grin on her face rising as she said, well I 'm not doing that. In disbelief I asked why not? Other Starbucks has no issue fulfilling this request. This was not any other Starbucks, this was the domain of the troll with red hair that hides her name badge so she can 't be identified, but I was determined. Jess, was hidden in the flesh of the troll, but I can 't be for certain due to it 's self preservation mechanism of knowing customers would likely write something very similar to this.Needless to say, this Starbucks needs new leadership because any other day I would not have had to type out this experience. If you do decide to go here, and notice someone with a troll lik appearance. Go to a different Starbucks if you want to live. All I wanted was some tea.

Upbeat atmosphere with people who address you by name. Coffee was delicious. Food underwhelming. Convenient. Only place in Essex.
