Addendum Sun November 19, 2023 I really liked the brunch buffet. Great selection and well thought out.
I really enjoy being here and love the concept. But 9 euros for a large fries with mayo and ketchup maybe you'll think again.
I ate at Unperfekthaus and really enjoyed the mix of art and gastronomy. I particularly enjoyed the buffet – the small vegetarian dishes and homemade cake were delicious. The coffee was also surprisingly good. Overall, a relaxed place where you'll want to stay longer
Creativity, community culture under one roof – unique in Essen! The Unperfekthaus is definitely one of the most exciting places in the Ruhr area. As soon as you walk in, you notice a very special atmosphere – open, colorful, inspiring, and somehow different from any traditional café or cultural center. Not only can you enjoy a cozy coffee or a delicious meal here, but you can also experience art, music, and creativity at the same time. There are studios, exhibitions, and little surprises waiting to be discovered throughout the building. Each floor feels a bit like its own little world, filled with ideas and projects from artists and creatives.
