The staff was very rude. One employee preferred to sit outside rather than help her colleague in the restaurant, even though she seemed very overwhelmed. The food wasn 't fresh. My daughter 's Italian baguette was so hard she couldn 't eat it. My husband 's and my baguettes were dripping with sauce, and the other toppings were very skimpy. The weird lattice fries from the air fryer were soggy and undercooked. We used to love going there, but with this quality, we won 't go back!
