Restaurant Dimitria - Essen

The beer garden in the backyard is quite cozy and invites you to a beer. the food offer is equal to the one I know. no outstanding restaurant, but the price/performance ratio fits.

Also the last time we visited the restaurant with our parents, we were not disappointed. there were diw. lamb specialties, pork fillet, bifteki baked and last but not least: moussaka. as usual. thanks also for the nice service! a secret tip in Essen-Frohnhausen. the locally they reach to foot in about 5 min. from the train station Essen-West or aks. it is worth it.

A highlight in Essen-Frohnhausen. very good kitchen, not a small load, but a lot of space, many beautiful corners and hidden, very warm decorated. the service is more than flott, very friendly and always attentive (so much attention is unfortunately not found in every local). the prices have risen a little, but they are still somewhat in the frame. the metaxasauce is here a dense. here she is still authentic. really: Respect!In the middle, the gyros is no longer soouo fat. that was also the reason why we visited our visits a bit paused (we used to be regular guests at dimitria). for a time you could not enjoy the gyros here:o( but it has become better. there are also other tasty grill specialties, lamb, etc. - absolutely recommended. the salat is also always very tasty here, but first-class are especially the kartoffel chips - such you can find nowhere else!Top address in eating. in summer also with a beautiful beer garden :d

I was there on Saturday night. the restaurant was super full. the food was very delicious. I can only recommend it!

Invited by her grandchild who loves this restaurant with Greek cuisine. I got the lamb chopper plate.....very good and plentiful and tried a home starter with various tastings.I really enjoyed the food and service. very good and friendly waiter, beautiful furnishings reminds of the typical guest houses of the peloponnese. I'll come back next time I'll eat.
