Also we... read more We ate here like 5 times and everytime we wanted to give them a chance. They aren’t kind or nice at all and don’t make you feel comfortable or welcome. Also we ordered shrimps and after the second/third time the lady came and told us that they run out. Which obviously, we didn’t believe. This is all you can eat, and we could NOT use that concept properly. Don’t come here. You don’t get all the food you order and they won’t be nice if you say anything. Just avoid this place! 0 stars.

We 've always eaten all you can eat – à la carte and have always been satisfied, even though it occasionally happened that certain dishes were forgotten when ordering. The conveyor belt sushi always looked very appealing, and we 've wanted to try this option for a while. The conveyor belt menu states that you 're welcome to sample something or ask for dishes that aren 't currently on the conveyor belt. Upon our arrival, we had a member of staff confirm this. After we started, however, we noticed after a while that no new dishes were coming onto the conveyor belt – completely contrary to what we 'd observed on previous visits. Not even standard dishes like edamame and spring rolls. When we asked for a specific type of sushi, we simply received the answer that it was a specialty and not available. This unfortunately felt contradictory. The service that day also didn 't impress us: The glasses were placed on the table somewhat roughly, and there was no eye contact, so we had trouble ordering more drinks.

Unfortunately, the conveyor belt always had the same sushi on it and it was never replaced. Some sushi even stayed on the conveyor belt the entire time we were there (about 2 hours). The sushi from the à la carte selection was better, but the salmon was served so thinly that you couldn't even taste the salmon. It was a one-time experience, but otherwise, I don't think I'll ever go back.
