They are racist. One of the waiter there threw the doggy bag on our table, and said it 's a joke. We didn 't feel it 's right so we argued and what he said was just excuse me , instead of polite apologize. I will rate this as Zero stars. View all feedback.
Everything was on point. Attentive and friendly service, food came quickly, nice ambience, big servings!
The food was great! Our server was a bit humorous, cheeky, fun, but helpful. As a non speaker of German, the staff seemed to all speak English which was helpful convenient. I had the Salmon pizza, which was surprisingly so good! If you plan to go on a Sunday, make reservations. I look forward to going back.

Very good menu, Mediterranean with many calfs and fish dishes... super selection, large daily menu... the fast and rebellious service is very nice and friendly... the food is fresh and very tasty... absolutely worth a visit! The decor is modern and tasteful, the ambience is perfect for a beautiful evening... We're coming back...
After a great day at the Zollverein we felt hungry and arrived at Mezzo Mezzo. We were lucky and have a table on the terrace. We were welcome and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and prices. It tasted excellent and we ended the evening with an espresso. We can recommend this restaurant without restriction.
