La Taverna - Essen

As a group we ordered several dishes from across the courses in the menu. All of them were really good. The service was excellent. Will go again.

For 4 1/2 years it was our favorite. then the:Normally closed on Sunday.Telephonic request, whether 1st Christmas day open despite Sunday.Antwort was positiw and we had reserved.On the 1st Christmas day we stood in front of closed doors.Today, 30.12., we wanted to go. Opening times from 12.00 to 22.30.We were there at 15.00 clock. it was open. inside we were told that until 17.30 a.m. would be a great change.Now we are looking for a new favourite. Pity

We have tried the lunch table at la taverna, because the price and the offer was very tempting.The pizzas we ordered were very tasty and definitely sufficiently large. Tastefully and prudently there is not to be put out at all.Leider we have waited for about 45 minutes on our ordered eating and the load was not too crowded.This is at a 1 hour break. after the conversion it looks very cozy, friendly and bright. everything is very clean.price/performance topambiente very nice staff very nice waiting time unfortunately too long all in all we were still very to friends and will come back, but then after evening :)

The restaurant is beautiful, but the service is special. we are greeted by an Italian waiter, rather unfriendly (but not rude). he is Italian, but he does not seem to be very satisfied with Germany :(-d). eating is quite average, but the taste is not Italian. in fact, the place is only made by name in italia, but the administration is in the hands of the Turks. but an evening meal without a lob and without a scandal and a fairly economic balance.

Ga niet gelijk op de looks af. and what arouses. de wijn ook goed, bediening sprak slecht duits maar verder een aanrader!
