We were there today on the day of the reopening and were very satisfied. The tacos were delicious and the staff were really friendly. We'll be back!
After paying, I realized I had paid more than the menu price stated. I asked for the bill. The lady explained that this was the case in all restaurants and that you had to pay an additional 12% VAT. I had never heard such an unreasonable statement. It was obvious that she was simply looking for an excuse and had therefore told such a big lie. I politely replied, smiling, that this was not the case in other restaurants. She insisted that the other restaurants had already adjusted their prices and that ours were still based on the tax base from the Corona period. I was tired of talking to her and was pretty sure I would never go to that restaurant again. I had never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a restaurant. If the prices differ from those on the menu, this should be communicated to customers in advance. If this is not the case, the prices on the menu should be calculated accordingly. Later, I even discovered that the prices on the menu were new and had only been uploaded to Google Maps three months ago.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. We ordered half ice cream and half falude for dessert. I explained this clearly. In the end, they charged us twice and, without informing us, added 12% to the menu prices. They said these prices were for the coronavirus period! But what I see in this photo are the prices for the end of 2023! This behavior is completely unacceptable. How embarrassing!! Also, the kebab was not tasty at all. It was very fatty, and I could barely taste any meat in it.
