A local retreat for the Alternatives of Essen. A place where you main stream in trying to be not main stream. The beers are a bit highly priced, and sporadically there will be absolutely no chair left. In summer, it is a great place for sitting outdoors. More so for, alternative, Flea Market loving people who still want to be seen. View all feedback.
Loved the atmosphere and the music. Really nice place to hangout, especially when it's good weather to sit outside.
Great, cozy, colorful spot for a drink or several. Cocktails and a great drink list overall, but the ever-German, perennially limited selection of beer....
Love the deco, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We were 4 and the place was quite full but they managed to find us a seat. I had a good time at Goldbar
The bar looks great with every seat looking different, from full couches to big tables. Had a nice variety of drinks and had a good atmosphere all in all.
Very cosy and hipster place, drinks and atmosphere are top but unfortunately they don't serve anything to eat
