After placing my order, I received a call informing me that the selected dish was no longer available. They offered the option of delivery the next day, a refund, or choosing something else. My request to cancel the delivery immediately was refused – I was told I had to do it myself. A quick search on Lieferando revealed that the delivery driver was responsible for canceling. This request was also denied during a second phone call, but I was told I could collect the money that same evening (almost 10:00 PM). On-site, I was offered a reduced amount; I would have to cover the delivery and Lieferando fees myself. When I refused to accept this, I was surrounded by three men, one of whom shouted at me. After managing to get out, I called the police, and the delivery was only canceled shortly before the patrol car arrived. The man then shouted at me to inform me of the cancellation, and a second employee pulled him away from the door before locking it from the inside and turning off the lights.

But this is precisely where the dilemma arose: None of the people present liked garlic. A large order became nothing. And this at one of the best pizzerias within a twenty-kilometer radius.
