Opt for seats on the outdoor patio, sit under a heat lamp or grab a blanket if you're cold, and take in the views of Kettwig. I know it's another beer garden and pub, like so many in Germany, but food here is actually good. Forget about those generic frozen fries (pommes) that other serve up, these fries are thin, crispy, and seasoned. My jager schnitzel was a big portion including a side salad. My only complaint is that my side salad was served on the same plate as my schnitzel and fries, so the salad dressing bled over into the other dishes and mixed with the jager sauce.
