According to Lieferando, the delivery time should have been 35 minutes. The food was, of course, already cold. We paid for it anyway and ate it, but it's truly unacceptable to order a dish that costs an extra €6 to have cheese on it, only to find it's inedible because it tastes sour and spoiled. The pizza rolls were very dry, and the aioli tasted completely different than usual. The pizza was okay, but nothing special. So, really, 0/10 and absolutely unacceptable to send out such rubbish. On the phone, I was told they had been very busy and that I would be charged next time. This is unacceptable: If an agreed-upon service is not provided, there is no entitlement to the full price. I expect either a correct delivery or a corresponding refund. The pizzas were okay. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing due to this incident.
