We waited about two hours for the food. During those two hours, we called twice to ask how much longer it would take. According to Lieferando, the delivery time should have been 35 minutes. The food was, of course, already cold. We paid for it anyway and ate it, but it's truly unacceptable to order a dish that costs an extra €6 to have cheese on it, only to find it's inedible because it tastes sour and spoiled. The pizza rolls were very dry, and the aioli tasted completely different than usual. The pizza was okay, but nothing special. So, really, 0/10 and absolutely unacceptable to send out such rubbish. Not to mention that this could also have health consequences.
Do not order from here under any circumstances!! I'm someone who knows a thing or two about food. The pasta with cheese was inedible, and the pizza had ham on it, which wasn't ordered. This offended my guest's religious sensibilities. My son immediately ran to the restroom. The worst order we've ever placed. This place should be thoroughly investigated by the authorities!!!
The food was freezing cold, even though the restaurant is only 400 meters away – ridiculous! And on top of that, the staff were incredibly rude. Never again! Yuck!
First order. I ordered a salad with crab and feta cheese. What arrived was a plain salad without the ordered ingredients, yet I was still charged the full price. On the phone, I was told they had been very busy and that I would be charged next time. This is unacceptable: If an agreed-upon service is not provided, there is no entitlement to the full price. I expect either a correct delivery or a corresponding refund. The pizzas were okay. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing due to this incident.
We've just received your food. The food was ice cold and tasted inedible. We had two burgers and we both independently have the same opinion: we had to put both burgers down after two bites. We're very sad about all that money, as we don't earn much during our training, and even more so about the food that was involuntarily thrown away, but you just can't get it down... we're not fussy at all and are always positive, but this was absolutely not okay... if there was an opportunity for a second opinion, we would definitely give it a second chance, although not at full price. If we had another good experience, we would withdraw the review and leave a positive one, as we are good-natured people and give everyone a second chance!
