For me this is the very best pizzeria in my area. You won't find pizzas as delicious as there anywhere!!! It's clear to me that I'll never order anywhere else again. A 10 out of 10

However, when I arrived, I only saw a standard pizza oven, and the pizza itself didn't look like it had been baked in a stone oven. The crust was flat, and they used Gouda cheese. I'm Italian and a pizza lover, so I'm very disappointed. This has nothing to do with Italian pizza. Just your average, run-of-the-mill pizza. What a shame.

We usually have a salad or an antipasto platter there on Fridays, followed by pasta and/or pizza. We've never been disappointed by the food or the service. However, it's advisable to reserve a table in advance, as Capello Rosso is very popular. Keep up the good work!
