Unfortunately, the amount of food in the kebab varies greatly depending on the employee, and is sometimes worth at most half of what you paid for. The worst thing, though, is: Eaten it 30-60 minutes ago and suddenly I get diarrhea... It's not my usual diet. It's exemplary and well-tolerated by my stomach. It can't be fat or dairy products either (see above). The only possibility: Something in/on the lahmacun kebab was spoiled...
