we were once to this place during our short stay in essaouira. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. the girl did everything she could help us identify the vegan options and make the best decisions. we ordered aubergine pancakes, argannus pancakes, harirasuppe and fruit salad. everything was very delicious. we have a lot of food for the price we paid. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. The manager, Aziz, is amazing and even gave us a tajine cooking class. We visited four times in three days! I highly recommend trying the plant and almond tajine, chickpea tajine, pastilla, and the crepe with amlou - it's incredible! They also have some great fish options available.

We received excellent service from a delightful, modest, and lovely individual named Aziz! The food is delicious, locally sourced, and fresh. We also received fantastic recommendations and information about the city. I highly recommend visiting Dar Jeeling - you won't be disappointed.
