This restaurant in one word: AVOID. Asked for 6 sardines and could only eat 3, trying just to kill my hunger as soons as possible. Paid in full of course.

We have visited this place before and the meal was okay although you have to accept that this is a basic restaurant and it can be very smoky due to the cooking being close by in almost like a charcoat pit! On the occasion I am reporting on we ordered lamb which was mainly bones gristle and fat! we sent it back asked for it to be replaced by chicken which seemed to be the most popular meal. This was appalling ,dry overcooked and shrivelled we obviously complained and didnt attempt to eat it so asked for the bill we were shocked that the chicken was charged for! We paid for drinks and bread etc and the owner/waiter told we needed to go into the cooking area to speak to another waiter who spoke more English he was aggressive defensive and only willing to accept that the chicken was a little overcooked and said Trip advisor says good things about the place and shouted at us in a very undignified way! this was memorable for the wrong reasons
Enfim. Restaurante para desenrascar....
