Today's lunch bowl came with salmon and non-vegan mayo, but the staff kindly swapped it out for vegan sriracha mayo and marinated tofu! It was delicious, and they also included miso soup. There are two other vegan options on the menu as well.
The vegan sushi bowl is absolutely delicious!! And it's only 11.90€!
