Please never ever goto this centre, t... read more I had a very bitter, frustrating, ridiculous experience with Nokia Care (Star Electronics), koramangala centre, Bangalore. Please never ever goto this centre, this centre got the nokia contract by paying money and the service quality is really poor, I had given my phone for very very minor complaint, they couldn't even able to identify, however on my phone return, the phone was completely not working, it was just powering on.. when i asked question, they took me inside the office for discussion and trying to handover the phone to me stating as physical damage, I denied picking the item and said will go with escallation and still my phone is with them and really need some assistance to collect the phone in working condition.
