Sonic Drive-in - Española

I gave one star because zero is not an option. Complete laziness from the workers. There?s no reason for this business to decide when they want to open and close. I have gone in the several times in the morning around 8am and have been denied service because they aren?t open yet or in the daytime where they shut all the stalls down, and only have the drive thru open yet there?s many workers standing outside smoking. Whoever took our order was very rude. We order cheesecake shakes. When the took our order our there was no cheesecake in the shake. Come to find out they were out of cheesecake. We should've been told when we placed our order. Short staffed.

Drive-thru was closed, waited and in a stall. Pressed button waited for 10 minutes before anyone responded saying they would be with me shortly. Another 10 minutes later my light stopped blinking and they had cancelled without taking my order. Pressed button again waited 5 minutes then left

If I could give zero stars I would! The burger was smashed and tasted like it was microwaved after sitting out all afternoon. The tots were stale and cold and the onion rings were soggy and just smashed in the paper container they came in. So disappointed! Now I remember why I don?t go to either Sonic in Espanola! Drove into a stall they took about 5 monitors to tell us the stalls were closed and we had to go to the drive thru. Then we ordered and got to the window and they said we were waiting on fresh fries and this is all the fries we got. They were not thrown in the bag we didn?t eat any on the way home. You can see a bit inside the bag that there?s no fries thrown. This is very annoying to get home to and not even find your fries thrown in the bag.
