Italian Infusion - Española

If you want Italian food, stop. It may not look like much from the street, but the atmosphere, service and food are all great. That was my third time here. Once before pandemic and twice since dinner was allowed. The service was awarded every three times and the food was a hit with everyone who came with us every time. Pasta Diavolo, chicken parmigiana, spaghetti and meat balls, southwestern pasta and the chicken parmigiana sandwich are some of our favorite entrees. For appetizers I recommend the green Chile chicken egg rolls and the Asian inspired wings. For dessert should be homemade cannolis. He up. They dive the ends of the cannolis and I recommend comminuted pistachios for a salty and sweet combo. And yes, the Cannolis are really ricotta. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong here, whether it's just you or the whole family.

The Italian infusion café was a pleasant surprise. The cook really knows how to make excellent Italian cuisine. Everyone should check this place to find out if you really love good Italian cuisine.

Great place to bite with the family or alone. Good food, service and prices. Update 07/21. After the Kovid again to eat in person. Had a great lunch. Portions are more generous than before, food seems better than I remember!
