What Rebeca Konopelski likes about El Paragua Restaurant:
Stopped by for two breakfast burritos on our way from Albuquerque to Taos. Called when we were about ten minutes away and they were both ready when we got there. The burritos were solid but not exceptional. For our taste, too much potato and not enough egg. The spice was at a nice level View all feedback.

read moreEl Parasol in Espanola offers a taste of authentic New Mexican cuisine with a unique twist. The history of this restaurant dates back to the split from a neighboring establishment, and the food has not disappointed. The breakfast burritos and tacos are standout dishes, with just the right level of spice and flavor. The outdoor seating makes it a perfect spot for pet owners, and the overall dining experience is highly recommended. Whether you're passing through or looking for a new favorite spot, El Parasol is a must-try destination for delicious food in a casual setting.
