Blake's Lotaburger - Española

The young woman behind the counter was nice. The food took 20 minutes and was completely inedible.

It's unfortunate that this establishment has the potential to be a wonderful place but that it isn't. I was in line between two vehicles one was which a police officer. I waited in line for 25 minutes for a refund because they refused to give it to me because they had to wait on a manager.. I had just gotten groceries I made that known. The person at the window handed me two drinks in which they were only carbonation no syrup... I asked her to give me a different drink she did but she gave me the same carbonated only drink ? and then told me that they were out.... So why in the hell would you still offer and make the same drink. Parking: Plenty of illegal parking

I got a Blake's chicken sandwich and I didn't get anything came in to get my order fixed ? the women in the back said it was in the bag lol now I have to sick here looking like a lier lol never coming here again, FYI the flys always landing on me just made my attitude worse ? ?

This place was good but kinda low key not good service so I just ordered fries it took 45 minutes for my food to come out so I complained and they just told me to sit down one star everyone don't eat here
