Treated dishes with balanced flavors presented by a hotel master (not condescending that seems appreciated and to know his profession. The latter also advised us well on the wine side (COTES DE SAMBRE ET MEUSE EBEN VIN DE LIEGE, a delight! . The server was attentive. We never missed anything. When we left the restaurant, we had the opportunity to meet the Chef and exchange a few words with him. A very nice man. In short, a very positive experience felt by each of us.
