Room sufficient... A bit small for longer stays. Hotel and restaurant equipment stylish. Spa area very good, but only four loungers. Nevertheless, in summary: again and again
Top hotel, only recommended. Beautiful rooms, great location, great staff and clean! Parking space in front of the door. Wellness included. Breakfast and dinner top!
A short break with my girlfriend. The room was lovely and modern, with a small sauna area that was perfectly adequate. The welcome was incredibly friendly, and there was a 24/7 lounge area with free access to coffee, tea, etc. – perfect for early birds. Breakfast had everything you could want, and plenty of it. We'd love to come back!
A very nice hotel, a great room with a spacious bedroom and a small but modern bathroom. However, it 's also quite expensive at €220 per double room per night. This is for two people, including a dog, and includes a gourmet breakfast. The location is lovely, and the North Beach is just a few kilometers away. Unfortunately, there 's currently a major construction site right on the main road where the hotel is located. We had a room at the back, so it wasn 't a problem for us at the moment. Why only three stars then? We booked this hotel at a rather high price because we found the gourmet breakfast particularly appealing, even at a four-star hotel. This was supposed to be offered as a buffet in the nearby restaurant. Since the adjacent restaurant is permanently closed, breakfast was served in a side room in the hotel. Visually, it was quite nice, but the mini buffet was merely better than cafeteria fare (see photos). We tried to liven things up a bit by ordering fried eggs and bacon, but no luck—just a simple no without explanation. Aside from boiled eggs, there was nothing else on offer, which we found really poor for a four-star hotel, especially since we couldn 't express any requests. The dish trolley was also stored right next to the seating area, so the guests clearing the tables made quite a racket. Of course, we personally addressed the breakfast issue before writing this review. The very friendly service staff member then offered us a price reduction. However, this wasn 't mentioned again when we checked out the next morning. What can be done to improve this situation? Remove all breakfast advertising in front of the hotel and online Avoid using the term gourmet breakfast Reduce the price to reflect the reduced offering Proactively approach guests and inform them of the limitations Offer alternatives from partners or distribute vouchers if necessary
