Tj Tacos - Escondido

This is one of the best places to get authentic tacos. They have a few different choices and always good to order grilled onions and chilis. Great place for a bite at night.

The mula de adobada and Carne asada tacos were on point I definitely recommend trying them you won't be disappointed.

These tacos always hit the spot! Well worth the drive and wait if they are busy. They are never stingy with the amount of meat they put on the taco, other taco shops barely put any meat nowadays.

I wasn't sure if I should get carne asada fries, or adobada fries. Turns out you can do half and half. It was so amazing, the fries were great and the meat was very flavorful and cooked very well. Very happy with TJ Tacos, would go back

Really nice taco, drove 30 min for this. Well worth the drive. We had to get to go because of covid times. My only suggestion is I wish the salsa was hotter or offer a spicy salsas, other then that outstanding!! Make sure ask for grilled onion and pepper. Is the perfect combination of sweet and slightly spicy. My favorite was the marinated pork
