Pizza Hut - Escondido

Pizza Hut help line turned a 1 star in to a 4 star experience. Had an issue with the email coupon that had several issues with using it (hard to explain). Anyhow, called in to PH direct and the rep comped me a couple pizzas to make up for the 1hr waste of time it took to order dinner. The store manager was super friendly and pleasant when I picked up the pizzas. But yeah, PH help line was a big help here. Pizzas were excellently prepared!

Aside from being on the way home, this branch is really good with customer service and being on time. They're really friendly and it's a pleasure to stop by for take out. The one time they missed a topping on my order, they gave me a free whole pizza.
