Panchos Mexican Grill - Escondido

Well is usually quite good here, but too often my order is either incorrectly taken or the received service is pretty bad. I ordered a phone today and picked it up and brought home. When they opened, they made the order wrong again, so I called back to the store. The person I spoke to told me? I'll take my name and my number and the next time I come in? ll give me a free burrito, no offer or intention to correct the original error at all. I feel like me? ve was quite patient with this restaurant in the last few years, but at this point I will not visit.

Surprisingly good Mexican food with great hot sauces that really compliment their food.

Some of the best tacos I've ever had. And the staff on Thursday night is great! Friendly, fast and happy.

Great food and service! The shrimp tacos were sooo good and the guacamole was made fresh and in a huge bowl. The rest in our group got the 3 tacos and they shaved over them. Everything was delicious!

Decided to try something new....Worst decision ever..Food was decent but this person was Rude AF...I didnt do anything out of ordinary she just didnt want to make any effort or be personable..Even tried to give me .99 cents when I couldnt find penny..Found one and she rolled her eyes..Service or, lack there of, is deciding factor to not return
