California Avocado Grill - Escondido

After a long flight from the east coast to the west coast, my friend and I were quite pleased to find a vegan restaurant. We ordered the root veggie bisque, Pervano bean soup and the tomato and pesto toast. It all was EXCELLENT! And the meal was served super fast. We felt recharged immediately with quality plant-based food that was delicious. Such a cute place. Food was amazing and fresh. The owner was very knowledgeable about vegan, organic and healthy options...and very friendly. Prices were great and parking on the street was easy. Definitely going back for lunch and probably some soup to go!

I 'm not a vegan or a health nut but the food here is always delish and the fact that it 's good for me just makes it that much better!!! The owner is a sweetheart and it 's an adorable spot to hang out and grab a bite to eat. Such a cute place. Food was amazing and fresh. I am obsessed with this vegan restaurant. The food is so amazing I eat here almost every day! My go to favorite is pesto and tomato toast with added Avocado! Today she had special mac and cheese man it was so good. Food is so fresh and organic!!!

Good quality vegan menu in a modest, clean, restaurant. They offer one or two specials a day on top of their regular menu. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient downtown. Parking can be challenging for lunch but there is parallel parking along the road in front

Somehow we have lived in Escondido for almost 2 years and never knew about this place! It's fairly small and easy to walk by, but a stop is well worth it. Really great, fresh, and unique vegan food and nice folks. All at a good price.
