From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming and personal rather than just another hotel stay. The host, Alex, is truly fantastic. His service goes above and beyond. He is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about making sure guests feel comfortable. Whether it was helping with small requests or simply checking in to see how things were going, Alex made a huge difference and made the stay feel special. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and settle in. Over time, it really started to feel like a real home, which is something you do not often get when staying in a hotel for an extended period. After long days, it was a pleasure to come back to a place that felt calm, cozy, and familiar. I would highly recommend Hotel Am See to anyone, especially for longer stays. Thanks to the wonderful service, the comfortable room, and Alex’s outstanding hospitality, this was an unforgettable and truly enjoyable experience.
