Qg Lounge - Esch-sur-Alzette

This bar restaurant is excellent with a regal lounge and professional customer service. I felt warmly welcomed and found it perfect for business meetings as well as hanging out with family and friends.

Nice place to dine at a decent bar with lovely service on Av. de la Libert. Lunch options are also offered.

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. It was my first time trying it today, but the manager was not friendly at all and seemed to have forgotten how to communicate with customers. The food was average at best, and there are much better options in the area. I received a response a few days later, but it was still accusatory and showed that they didn't understand the issue. Overall, if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience, I would suggest avoiding this place.

Waited one hour for food. The burgers that were ordered were raw inside, so were the fries. The salad which was ordered was forgotten and after receiving it, had a hair inside. Awful overall and after receiving complaints throughout, no motion was made to accommodate us. We will never come back here.

Very bad overall service, they needed over an hour to bring our food, because the burgers take time to be made However, when they were served, they were completely raw on the inside, the fries had no taste and the salad didn't look very fresh. A friend orderd the same burger, his was served as poorly as mine, exept that his had sauce and mine didn't, even though no one asked for no sauce After making our complaints to the staff, there were no reactions whatsoever. Worst experience ever, I strongly recomend going elsewhere, because it wont get worse than this.
