This was the best steak dinner I 've had in 17 years. The meat was delicious, didn 't need even salt or pepper, was cooked to perfection, and melted in my mouth. I also had a ceviche appetizer that was fantastic. The service was exceptional! Very attentive wait staff. I 'm from Texas, from a family of ranchers, so I 'm very particular about beef and have been disappointed by so many so called. 'steak houses ' in Costa Rica. But I don 't hesitate to say this was the best quality meat I 've ever seen in this country, and can 't wait to come back!
I have 30 years to go and the truth has never been so good. Very consistent quality and service. A classic tico without a doubt.
The best gray inlet palm salad with a unique cheese tortilla to share.. In addition to meats without the same confidence that my favorite is the chicken cordon bleu and dessert, now helped by Le Bomboniere. Why aren't there more than 5 stars??
Excellent food and first care... Meat cuts are my favorites and some highlighting is that they respect the term that one asks, the little thing melts in the mouth. ..
