Starbucks - Escanaba

Asked for 2 pistachio crème frappes with no coffee, first she puts on the screen for 2 pistachio crème cold brews then we corrected her still got coffee in the frappes. Also asked for a larger ICED white mocha with no whip and got a hot one. Corrected her again then got an Iced white mocha with whip. Should’ve went to Jo to go! 20$ not well spent thanks Starbucks ?

Was very disappointed- the coffee I usually get was very bad. Had a weird crunch to it (when it wasn’t supposed to) ordered a wrap and they gave me an empty bag without telling me they were out. Had to order something else that ended up being so bad I couldn’t eat it. All in all spent $38 for very bad food and coffee…Also I’d normally order the spinach feta wrap but it was very bad from here. Weird aftertaste.

I had the worst experience at Starbucks! The food and coffee were overpriced, the service was slow, and my order was wrong and I had to get a sandwich instead of my wrap because the app was wrong and said I could order it. I won't be going back.

Great staff, thanks for all the pup-cups. Hold the bone. One day, I will have a German Sheppard, and I'll have to order too! Great people, a fast service always... always so friendly......you know what, if ya ever feel down and out....stop on by and it actually feels like someone cares about your day, feels

We stopped here on a road trip. The parking was a bit tight, though there was a huge car park for the adjacent outdoor shopping mall so that’s a better option. It’s standard Starbucks fare which is good. Small place.
