Originally from Plymouth UK and on Devon and Cornish Oggies, (beauties), I was truck thru Escanaba last year and I saw Dobbers Pasty shop so I stopped and filled my face with some beautiful pasties that reminded me of home, I will be past Sunday, so I will be in stock on the Oggies. What Jerry Schmidt doesn't like about Dobber's Pasties:
I may not be the best to judge my beef pastie but I just didn’t care for it. It was primarily potato with a smearing of beef. The beef filling reminded visually and smell of canned corn beef and hash, but primarily potato’s. This is my third of eating a pastie from three different places. It will likely be my last. As usual, the picture is after I had a couple bites. I did hold for a size comparison. View all feedback.

I just love the pasties that I get them! And always friendly staff! Always a pleasure when I'm in the U.P. Merry Christmas
My absolutely favorite place in there U.P. I'm pretty sure Dobbers is why it's called God's land! Now that I live in Miami, pasties have become my ultimate comfort food. The pasties deliver good and fast!!!
Great eating some Yupper soul food. Had a great time talking with the owner and learning about the area while I was there.
The very best in the world, if not the galaxy!! Need to find a way to have a bunch shipped to me in Minnesota.
