Prompt service, always keeping your coffee warm, quick to get you what you need. Food is excellent as far as breakfast is concerned. The prices vs portions are some of the best I've ever seen. The pancakes are easily the best I've come across. This location is under newer management, so if it has been a few years since you've last been, I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is an old school diner, but it is somewhat loud and can be cramped during peak hours. If you're not sound sensitive and just looking for a good filling meal, you can't go wrong with Rosy's Diner. Fair warning, this is a cash only establishment with ATM on site, so check the ATM status before digging in.

Great food and price and the service is top-notch. The owner is pretty honest she lets you know the food is worth the wait and her husband is the cook. It's worth the wait.
