Shorty's Sports Pub Grill - Escalon

I'm local and have been coming here since it opened years ago with the original owners. Ever since the new owners took over it has really gone down hill. Half the time there is no food or only fryer food. Went there recently to give them another shot and it was not a good experience. The food was burnt and they turned the lights off on us to get us to leave the bar. Granted we were the only ones in there party of 4 but they could've told us they were closing. You don't shut off lights and lock up while customers are still there that's crazy. I dont think I will be revisiting this place anymore. Sadly to say.

There is a restaurant section and a bar section people working there are very professional, and the people that frequent this establishment are family oriented people, it has a small town atmosphere and the food is excellent especially the tri-tip sandwiches. They are closed on Mondays only.

Food has always been great. Service the same. Really, no complaints at all. Helps that their bacon, pepperjack burger is great too!

Fried calamari is excellent. Friendly vibe. I'd come back.
