Awesome to eat in a restaurant and feel and see the ocean just outside the window. We had high expectation on the gourme restaurant. Started well with very nice looking starters. Mushroom soup as Scallops which was delicious. But the fried spring carrot was not possible to eat. It was som hard so almost my teeth brook. I could not eat it. We had booked a table already several months before the birthday of my wife. We stayed also for three night in the attached hotel. Unfortunately management is pretty incompetent and made reservation for a table for two instead of a table for three. Thus, when we arrived, no table was available... Even worse, the lady who was apparently managing, reacted in a very arrogant way. So we had to spend the birthday in the restaurant Ship In...
We had dinner on the balcony looking at a fabulous setting. Although it is a hotel restaurant, it has a distinctive decor. I chose a steak and my wife a fish dish. The food was well cooked and the service was friendly Really enjoyed
Enjoyed a great 5 dishes menu including extra small things, but it took far too long to be served. We were 11 colleagues and had ordered in advanced. It is not because they were too busy but they choose to keep us for more than 5 hours. Not good either at coming with sparkling water. Had to ask several times for more water. Not good enough for such a place. Great food and I love the badehotel atmosphere. Will come back.

Quite expensive dishes for making these mistakes. Due to these mistakes we did not order anything else. Done. Not worth the money. By the way how come a high class restaurant import water on botten from UK? Danish water would be better and local. Not very smart choice.
