My boyfriend and I are in town for a wrestling event we wanted to sit down and eat, relax before the show. Looking up places around us they popped up. We arrived, sat down and ordered. What Key West doesn't like about Mariachi's Tacos In Des Pla:
I walked the customer service was great. I bought a steak taco salad. The meat was flavorful but something was off about the taste. I have had plenty of authentic Mexican food before never had anything like this. As I was eating I noticed 2 to 3 forks in the food tasted sour. Mariachi’s Tacos was a great place to stop. We had the tacos and they were top notch, authentic Mexican tacos. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a walk welcome and big smile! It was a small restaurant but you could tell that it was well taken care of. I would recommend you stop here if you haven’t already!
Ate a burrito so good, I almost believed in happiness again. Almost.
Great place for Mexican food, The owner Dave is the head cook there, you can tell he loves what he does. whenever I place my order the longest I've ever had to wait is 10 minutes and that is during a busy lunch time. The food is phenomenal The service is great you can be in and out of there within 20 to 30 minutes. if you're solo if you're with a group a little bit longer but that's okay
First time trying this place and I'm so glad I gave it a try. Chicken quesadilla was really, really tasty. Waaaay better than many Mexican places I've tried before. Very friendly staff too. Will be definitely coming back. Highly recommended.
Best tacos in Des Plaines, hands down. The chicken tacos are phenomenal.
