When I went in there to get my food the people were friendly place was clean the food was warm it was on time it was just an all-around a good experience

Poppeyes is really doing An amazing job always gets my order right and the staff is always so unbelievably honest and very respectful thank you poppeyes you rock

I order online paid 80$ some how it withdrew from my card but they couldn’t find my order or didn’t get it. I go through the drive through and Meghan was a total you know what, to add to frustration I had to wait 45 minutes in the line because the lobby was closed during operation hours and there was only four cars. They refused to help me and shut the drive through door in my face.

6/1/24 5:30pm Food took 20 minutes inside location. No napkins/condiments set out inside. Got my order wrong i ordered spicy and they gave me regular with no dipping sauce) and didn 't give me my side. When I came through the drive through for the side, the girl at the window didn 't apologize for the mistake and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I called the manager available afterward to make a complaint and when she asked what I wanted as compensation for the bad experience I asked for a free meal, she said I can only offer you a free dessert . Sounded like a young manager who didn 't care at all about quality of customer experience. Also hugely overpriced $40 for 2 combo meals) for the scant amount of food with no seasoning or sauce. Will not be back.
