Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
The customer service was outstanding! The manager picked up the phone immediately, which made it easy for me to place my order and get my food without needing to use the drive-thru in my truck. The food was served hot and fresh. Thank you once again! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Wendy's:
Just walked through the ride and never going back. The staff was rude and even rolled their eyes on me because they had given me the wrong order that they sneaked out of the window without even recognizing me. Nobody wore a mask. No greeting, no thanks for coming, nothing. I worked for years on customer service and would never dare to treat customers as my daughter and I were treated. View all feedback.

I keep hoping for better results. Expect mistakes. Ive had cold, dry, burnt, or old food. They seem to have 1 flavor of frosty strawberry now pumpkin spice no thank you). Workers look burnt out and robotic. Not above and beyond. If it closes, then i wouldnt be surprised. Ordered food through the drive-through sat there for 10 minutes after waiting for it worker came out hitting his vape handing us us food. Was missing items when asked for him to bring them out he was too busy hitting the vape that he walked up to the drive-through window instead to get it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Don't eat here. They force sick employees to come in.
