The service was excellent from the minute we arrived. The flammekueche came out lightning fast and when we decided we wanted more, the next one came out just as fast. The crust and the taste was perfect. We had to travel further than expected to get there but it was worth it.

The waitress allowed remarks about Erstein's population that were absolutely not about. We were only 2 tables in the entire restaurant and it already seemed too much. I recommend going 100 meters further to the inn of the tiles or they serve good tarts flambées with a better welcome.PS: I put a review on an establishment that I attended this noon, which made me think to put a review to all the last establishments I attended this year. I'm sorry that the only one that was negative is the one connected to yours, I understand that it's not pleasant and even less during this period. However, that still remains my view. This does not prevent your establishment from being pleasant to others as it is postponed in the other reviews below.
