Was Paola Forigua at Subway a mag?
I just visited this location and was impressed by the two team members: the woman making the sandwiches and the man at the register. They are by far the best team I've ever encountered at a Subway. Both were incredibly polite, patient, and friendly. My husband and I remarked on their outstanding service as soon as we left. I hope they continue to work there! View all feedback.

There’s no reason for a Subway to be conveniently located right next to a grocery store and yet run out of mayonnaise. It’s frustrating to see three employees in the store while a line of customers is building up and only one person is actually working. One employee was cleaning the counter, another was in the back doing who knows what, and the third was overwhelmed with at least 15 customers waiting in line. This is simply unprofessional. Additionally, this location should never run out of essential products. They receive deliveries every week and should have enough stock to meet demand throughout the week. It’s not that complicated for a Subway franchise! During busy hours, there should be at least two people behind the counter making sandwiches. Instead, we have one person in the back and another focused on cleaning surfaces—something we don’t care about when we’re waiting for our meals. What we want is for our sandwiches to be prepared quickly so we can be on our way. It's time for this Subway to step up its game!

I visited your restaurant on December 26, 2023, at 10:23 a.m. to order a 6-inch cold cuts trio sandwich. As a dialysis patient, I have strict dietary needs, and unfortunately, when I arrived at my dialysis appointment, I found the sandwich to be stale—the bread was old, and the vegetables were not fresh. The sandwich was inedible. I should have realized this when I looked at the items through the glass and noticed they appeared freezer-burned, but I was hungry and pressed for time, so I went ahead and bought it. After my four-hour treatment, I tried to eat the sandwich, and it was completely unacceptable. When I returned to the restaurant seeking a refund, I was told that no one was authorized to issue a refund for a $5.29 sandwich (with tax, $5.65). I had to sit for four hours without anything to eat, which was incredibly frustrating. This was my first experience at Subway, and I must say it was very disappointing. I found the quality of the food to be poor, and the inability to receive a refund meant I couldn't purchase anything else to eat after such a long wait. I expressed my concerns to a staff member named Ms. Melissa, who informed me that it would take her 30 minutes to an hour to contact Ken regarding my $5.65 refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. I urge you to reach out to me with a better response than just an apology. Dialysis patients need to eat after their treatments, and I felt quite unwell because of this experience.
I used a $6.99 coupon at this restaurant and was really disappointed. The bread was stale and there was only a small amount of ham on one half of the sandwich. I couldn't find any cheese, which was supposed to be included, and it wasn't toasted either. Overall, it was a terrible sandwich and a waste of money—I could have made something better myself for just 50 cents.
Love their past menu and enjoying tasting their new sandwiches. Fresh bread, vegetables and now they slice their own meat for most sandwiches. Use coupons to save money.
