Every time I try to use them, they are filthy. It's uncomfortable for me to use them, and I definitely can’t take my 5-year-old son in there because there is urine all over the seat and floor.

My only issue was with the onion rings; the onions were tough and chewy. It seems they didn't remove the outer layers of the onion just beneath the top, which are usually not as fresh or crunchy as the rest of the onion. As a result, when I bit into the onion ring, the onion pulled out of the batter, and chewing it felt like gnawing on a rubber band. My teeth couldn't even cut through the onion. I had a large bag of them, but I only managed to eat four onion rings; the rest ended up in the trash.
