I have never experienced a fast food service in the manner I have with them. I wish I could give them zero stars. KFC will never have to worry about my business... read more I have never experienced a fast food service in the manner I have with them. I wish I could give them zero stars. KFC will never have to worry about my business. The employees, store and regional manners have no customer service training. They don’t train their employees on what to do if a manager is not present. They steal your care information so don’t pay with a debit card. I’m out $40 because they refuse to put the right food in the box. It’s fast food, same items everyday. Employee took 10 minutes in the drive through just to take my order, there was no one else in line. I was polite and understanding until I checked my food and noticed it was wrong. When I went inside to notify them I got nothing but attitude so I requested a refund. She proceeded to take her time assisting. When she finally did, she actually charged my card again instead of refunding the original amount. (Which I did not notice until I was about to pull off and decided to check my bank account) She then asked for me to fill out a form to get the refund. So how is it that you are able to issue the refund then turn around and ask to fill out a form to get my money back. I refused. When I noticed she charged my card I asked to speak to manager. She called him in the phone and I was explaining the situation all I could hear was laughter in the background. I’m glad I did go inside because I never noticed how disgusting it looked inside. Always check sanitation grades on these places. I emailed corporate and they have yet to respond to me.

And the biscuits were as hard as a rock.
