Das Restaurant entspricht nicht den eigenen AnsprüchenZu unserem 25. Hochzeitstag wollten wir „gut“ essen gehen, es durfte auch ruhig etwas teurer werden. Da fiel uns im Internet der Schwanenhof auf. Seine Beschreibung auf seiner Homepage war genau das, was wir suchten. Eine kleine aber feine Speisekarte und sorgfältig zubereitete Speisen. Wir reservierten.Nach unserer Ankunft wurde uns der reservierte Tisch zugewiesen. Ein ungemütlicher, kahler und lauter Raum. Manch ein Schnellimbiss ist gemütlicher. Aber wir hatten Glück und konnten bei gutem Wetter auf die Terrasse wechseln.Die Gerichte der Karte waren schon höherpreisig, aber das wussten wir ja bereits. Gemüse als Beilage oder ein Salat gehörten nicht zum Steak und mussten extra bestellt und bezahlt werden. Nach etwas längerer Wartezeit kam das Essen allerdings ohne die von mir bestellte Bohnen-Gemüsebeilage. Die Salatblätter waren noch sehr groß und umständlich zu essen. Die Pommes waren in Ordnung, aber ein Pfeffersteak war sehr sehnig. Die Pfeffersauce war offensichtlich nicht hausgemacht, sondern eine vorgefertigte, wie ich sie schon häufig in Pommesbuden erhalten habe. Als wir mit dem Essen fast fertig waren, kamen dann auch die Bohnen (zwei Bündelchen für fast 5 € nachgeliefert. Stark verkocht und bereits verfärbt. Zum Nachtisch (Laut Karte dreierlei verschiedene Desserts ist zu sagen, dass dies wohl der schlechteste Nachtisch war, den wir jemals erhalten haben. Vorwiegend Panna Cotta, allerdings ohne die übliche Vanille oder eine andere geschmackliche Verfeinerung. Der Nachtisch war einfallslos und leider auch geschmacklos. Die Bedienungen waren übrigens recht aufmerksam. Wir wurden oft von zwei Bedienungen nacheinander das gleiche gefragt. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ungenügend ist. Angemessen wäre meiner Meinung nach ein um 1/3 geringerer Preis. When we were almost done eating, the beans (two bundles for almost 5 € came later. Heavily overcooked and already discolored. For dessert (according to the menu three different desserts is to say that this was probably the worst dessert that we have ever received. Mostly panna cotta, but without the usual vanilla or any other flavor refinement. The dessert was unimaginative and unfortunately also tasteless. By the way, the waitresses were very attentive. The restaurant advertises that they can eat well. this claim is not justified at all. my man had ordered a steak for €27,00 and additional speck beans for € 4,90 the steak was squeal and so he could eat only 2/3 of them. the speck beans were first forgotten and came just before eating. they themselves were cooked. but most of us were eager for the amount. for 4,90 € 2 speckröllchen arrived. I had ordered a little salad to my steak. the leaves of the salad were so big that I had to eat them. the pfefferrahmsoße tasted like a finished sauce (so not made yourself) as in a simple pommesbude. also there was a small bowl on the teller with a nudelsalat. what he was looking for a steak escaped from mine. I ordered a selection of tables for the final. it came a teller with 3 sorts. 2 x there was panna cotta. once in a glass with sky and once as a little narr. the panna cotta was very firm and tasted nothing. even the cookie had 0 tastes. that was the worst dessert I've ever eaten in a far away. imaginatiw and tasteless. to the ambiente of the restaurant is to say that it is a single room that has no sound absorbing elements. we had decided to eat on the terrace. we were served by 3 people. the two young girls were very exhausting, but unfortunately also completely unorganized. we were asked several times by both women when we had ordered ourselves, s. and the spekkböhnchen were forgotten. claim and reality have nothing to do with each other. eating is completely overpriced and no cooking art can be discussed. I would never eat here again.
