When the drinks arrived, we asked if they were a decent size, but they turned out to be smaller than expected and not hot at all. The pear and almond cake came with butter, syrup, and a shot of fruit schnapps on the side, but the cake itself was bland. The total cost for the drinks and cake was $19.40. When I inquired about the pricing, I was told that the slice of cake alone was $9.00, which I found to be extremely overpriced for a coffee shop in a shopping center. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality or value of the food and drinks at this restaurant.

The coffee was terrible and we waited 45 minutes for our meal with no apology. Decided come back for lunch big mistake ordered salad had grubs in it, obviously the lettuce was not washed. Over priced $8.90 for a large bowl of chips which anywhere else would be...a small serve.

The cheesecake was the worst I've ever eaten, it was dry and crumbly with virtually no taste, no wonder...they splashed a little raspberry coulis to put some taste into it. The sugar containers were empty on every table had to ask staff to fill them. Over priced for something that was very basic facts r afternoon tea. Would not recommend I think the cheesecake was frozen and thawed and very much unpalatable. Plenty of other cafes to choose from in the Fair.
