Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - ERINA

The higher sales volume at this McDonald's located on the side road, rather than the main road from Gosford to The Entrance, usually results in better quality food.

I stopped for a quick bite while shopping at Erina Fair and made a big mistake ordering the Big Mac (should be called Little Mac). The burger tasted strange, the bun was sweet, the cheese was hardly on the burger and there was a lot of grease at the bottom of the box. This place doesn't seem to be getting any better.

I have recently started bringing my granddaughter back to this restaurant for a quick lunch due to time constraints. I must say, I have noticed a significant improvement. The service was delightful and our food arrived hot. Despite being part of the McDonald's chain, this location stands out as one of the better ones in terms of quality and experience.

Weak watery tastless coffee cold pancakes ....... if they don't throw food in wrapper it's cold all in all going downhill rappidly.

Driving from Central Coast to Newcastle. Driving from Newcastle to Central coast. mcdonalds and Both these mcdonalds have a long way to go compared to Erina and compared to Swansea. Major waiting time. minutes seems like minutes. Hardly ever a...smile or showing the Mcdonalds pride.....the barista pride is seriously lacking. I would imagine getting a team to work at these locations must be tough. The team always seem stressed out and really come across they are doing us a favourite by making a great latte or take a food order. The major staff benefit would be plenty of free car parking.I bet promotions are a plenty at these two businesses...versus Swansea and Erina. Maybe they have the same owner and share team mates......share rosters. Cafe has a great loyalty card. Also a good variety of hot and cold snacks. for a beef/chutney sandwich.Where is the pride in the uniforms .? A captive market. Who is creating all the leaders on the Plenty of room for improvement as I will be driving to and from for the next months once or twice a week.
