McDonald's - ERINA

After placing our order, we struggled to find a clean table to sit at as most were dirty with bits of food left from previous customers. Some tables were even left with rubbish on them, making it impossible to sit down. The floor appeared to have not been mopped in a long time, evident from the buildup underneath the seats. Trash was scattered everywhere, including the kids playground outside. The women's restroom was in a disgusting state with toilet paper and sanitary wrappers scattered around. The cleanliness of the store was lacking, and it was not very busy inside. A young employee only cleaned two tables, prompting us to request ours to be wiped as they were also dirty. The overall cleanliness of the store was subpar, and it would benefit from a thorough deep clean after closing for a day or two.

For the most unsanitary McDonald's, visit the one in Erina. The wait for the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, and Cheeseburger was long, and when they finally arrived, the patties were burnt and the portion of fries was small. The food tasted terrible, and I never thought you could go wrong with McDonald's until now. Although the staff was young, there should still be standards in place. Overall, it was a disgusting experience, and the owners should be ashamed.

I ordered a simple chicken burger meal with an apple pie. I was told to wait around the corner for 2 minutes, which was not a problem for me. However, it took them 10 minutes just to remember I was there and another 18 minutes to cook the pies after initially saying they were out. I almost forgot why I was there in the first place. It was frustrating to wait for a 2-minute pie for so long. It would have been quicker to order from DoorDash. This experience was disappointing.

A week ago I asked for the crispy chicken an was told we don't have that any more even know its still advertised in store a week later still advertised in store

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was $3.65 ....much more expensive than my local Bateau Bay store. I thought the prices would be the same. Also when I commented the girl was a bit rude.
