A little bit out of the way but so worth the effort to find it. Pretty much everything is local, and they even list what farms the meat comes from. Bakery area is excellent, really unique combinations but everything is fresh and tasty. The potato salad is really good but call ahead to see if they have any because it goes quickly. Fruit and vegetables are very fresh. Also has a little spot to get fresh made sandwiches and snacks. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will keep coming back because everything is SO good. This is what a country store/farm market should be.

This place is a hidden diamond which I am glad I found. The butcher counter is tastefully packed with premium meats cuts to showcase the beauty of the animal. The meat freezers to your left when you walk in are full with different cuts of less popular animals and cuts but are worth a look. Make your way all the way to the left to the counter, the baker takes humble ingredients and makes baked good you will crave later. The lunch menu may look a higher price point but it's amazing foods. The Reuben sandwich ...... sorry drooling as I think of this. I had to spend a week of craving this sandwich and I have it and was better than I remember. Every town should have this kinda place. But I glad they don't, it's what makes them special.

My wife I went this family owned little shop and when we entered the front door we were greeted by a young lady who welcomed us to their shop she explained what the business had to offer and left us alone.If you want the best in farm fresh beef, pork,& chicken this the place to come & visit.The beef is raised on the property & is aged for along period of time.You must try their hamburger patties ( when in season ) they are out of this world. They also have some frozen products such turkey, home made soups & a lot of other products that you should try.If you go around lunch time you should try the Reuben sandwich as it is stacked with lots of smoked meat & maybe you could have a bowl of their soup. It is very good also the lunch counter offers wraps and lots of things to try.If you visit this shop you will not be disappointed & YOU MUST EAT HERE.

I am so impressed with Heatherlea Farms, whether shopping or lunching. Meats fresh, frozen, prepared dishes, condiments, healthy drinks all displayed for easy meal planning. All very delicious.

I was kind of glad I did not see those Black Angus cow roaming around because the experience might be too direct farm to table for me.
