Morning crew is rude, never get the order right, never fill the drink cup all the way, younger girl at the second window appears to hate her job. All around unpleasant experience View all feedback.
I just do not understand why your order gets messed up. Ordered a Taco Salad , a Large Chili and a Dave's Double. They messed up the Taco Salad by not giving us the Chips or the Chili for the Taco Salad. 2 people at the window and neither check to make sure everything is correct. Will not be going there again.
They're not bad. But the entire dining areas beyond filthy. Every tables dirty so pick the best one I guess.
Did the drive through, the hamburger was hot, well made and just the way I asked for it. The service was pleasant and fast.
The lack of customer service and inability to give customers the correct meal is astounding. Used to be a good place to stop and get a meal without any issues, but lately the staff have been rude and seemingly untrained. Save yourself a headache and go to another fast food joint.
First thing Drive thru is pathetically slow, reason given is lobby is full. second thing not listening properly while taking the order and last thing delivered wrong order.
